IMG TO ACQUIRE ISP SPORTS
IMG Worldwide, Inc. (IMG), a premier global sports, entertainment and media company, and ISP Sports, a U.S. college media rights management company, announced today that ISP has agreed to be acquired by IMG.

IMG TO ACQUIRE HOST COMMUNICATIONS
IMG, the world's premier sports, entertainment and media company, today announced an agreement to acquire HOST Communications Inc., a national leader in college sports marketing, association management and media services. HOST is a wholly owned subsidiary of Triple Crown Media, Inc. (NASDAQ: TCMI). Terms of the agreement which is expected to close in mid-November were not disclosed.

IMG TO ACQUIRE COLLEGIATE LICENSING COMPANY
IMG, the world's premier sports, entertainment and media company, today announced the acquisition of Collegiate Licensing Company (CLC), the largest collegiate trademark licensing agency in the United States. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

IMG STRENGTHENS DIGITAL MEDIA TEAM WITH TWO NEW HIRES
IMG Digital Media, a division of sports and entertainment company IMG, today announced the appointments of Clive Baker as Chief Technical Officer, IMG Digital Media and Angela Kyle, Commercial Director, IMG Digital Media. Both will be based in London.

IMG SPORTS MEDIA TO PRODUCE THE PREMIER LEAGUE
IMG, the premier global sports and media company, announced today that through Premier League Productions, a division of IMG Sports Media, it has been re-appointed by the Premier League to handle production and distribution for its international programming. This will include the customisation of all 380 matches as well as the production of weekly magazine shows.
